MyMedFellow ("the Fellow," "the service") is your medical thinking partner, an AI built for medical thinking, operated by Resonant Catalyst. It is a place to reason a case through, talk out a differential, work through a concept, and think out loud about the medicine in front of you. It is built for people in medicine, whether you practice or are still in training, and you do not have to be one to use it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Responses are generated by an AI system and are for reflection and thinking only. They are not medical care, not a clinical determination, and not a substitute for a clinician's judgment, your attending, your faculty, or your institution's protocols. See our Disclaimer for the full picture.
MyMedFellow is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not exploit the Fellow for personal or commercial gain. This includes, without limitation:
You also agree not to use the service unlawfully, or to abuse or attempt to circumvent the system.

Please be thoughtful about patient-identifying information and your duty of confidentiality. MyMedFellow is not for storing patient records or real protected health information.
